WHERE WE SHIP AND THE RATES
Natural Butter Bar Cosmetics currently only ships products to Canada and the United States. Shipping fees within these two countries range from $5 – $12 and is subject to change based on the time of year or promotional offers.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-5 days. This processing time only refers to the time orders are properly put together and sent out for shipment. This time does not include the shipping time it takes for customers to receive their orders.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding Canadian holidays).
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Sorry to hear you want to cancel your order! Please contact [email protected]. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
All orders from Canada and US will be given a tracking number to track the progress on their orders. Please allow 3-10 business days to receive orders after a tracking number has been issued.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional fees and customs inspections. In the event that additional charges are applied whether taxes, brokerage fees, customs fees etc., it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees. Natural Butter Bar Cosmetics cannot be held accountable for import laws, nor are we responsible for additional fees applied to orders as a result of duties and taxes.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We will keep you updated via email, and we will send the tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and see when your order will arrive.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER ?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING OUT OF STOCK?
We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within. You can expect to see the refund applied to your account within 10 business days from the time of the refund, depending on your bank’s processing times.
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO ?
Contact [email protected] immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order has not already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED,/LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Please contact [email protected], and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier.
