Cocoa Butter, sometimes called Cacao Butter, is extracted from cocoa beans producing a natural cream coloured vegetable fat. This butter has a lovely chocolate-like aroma and is an excellent choice for moisturizing skin and hair that has been exposed to the elements. Cocoa Butter is very effective in penetrating, protecting and moisturizing the skin because it is full of fatty acids, as well as antioxidant properties. This butter also helps the elasticity of the skin and hair, leaves them hydrated and protected from free radicals and environmental damages.

Since Cocoa Butter is naturally a hard butter we have turned it into a bar for easier application.

Directions: Warm the bar between your hands, working it into your palms and apply to the skin or hair to leave it moisturized all day long. Alternatively, rub the bar directly onto your skin, working it into those dry areas for nourishment and moisture.

Storage & Shelf Life: This butter should be stored in a cool dark place in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and moisture.  This butter should last up to 12 months if stored properly.
