Jojoba Butter is made by combining Jojoba Oil and non-GMO Soy Butter. Jojoba Oil is a liquid plant wax which is very similar to the structure of human sebum making it easily absorbed into the hair and skin. This blend creates a luxurious butter with a dense viscosity and smooth texture that can be used by those with normal to dry skin. Jojoba Butter is full of vitamins A, E, F and B complex, essential fatty acids which helps to slow down aging of the cells, improves the natural function and protective barrier of the skin, fights free radicals and soothes inflammation. This butter also contains hair and scalp friendly minerals while reducing water loss and dehydration, works as a natural UV filter and penetrates deeply to strengthen the hair bulbs and follicles. Jojoba Butter creates a protective layer around the hair to aid in maintaining moisture which gives the hair a smooth, soft texture and shine.

Common Uses: Jojoba Butter can be used as is but is also a perfect addition to lotions, creams and body butters to make them ultra-rich while aiding in improving the hydration and texture of the skin.

Storage & Shelf Life: Ideally this butter should be stored in a refrigerator to maintain its texture. Otherwise this item can be stored in a cool dark place in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and moisture.  This butter should last up to 18 months if stored properly.

Additional Information: Store in cool temperatures (below 25 °C). The product will become liquid above ambient temperatures (e.g. 36 °C), but will re-solidify upon cooling without affecting functionality.
